These smoothies look awesome on Instagram but it's actually probably the grossest thing I've ever had on my own. Not because it taste bad, but the fact that it's a sugar loaded drink with more sugar festivities on top. I also didn't like the service - it wasn't very 'peaceful'.
My boyfriend and I came in at 8pm with TO Finest's food passport. The initial response we got was "another one? Oh my God, how many more do I need to make". That made us so uncomfortable. We felt it like we were in fault somehow and didn't think that attitude was appropriate.
As a passport holder, you had to order a specialty drink but I really only wanted a milkshake so I tried to order the regular chocolate shake. They wouldn't let me. What - why?! I wanted something that was LESS value, so that I wouldn't just waste the whip, donut and everything else that came with it! It also would've been less work since she was already complaining about how she had to make another on anyways.. It was mindbloggling, but I got over it.
So I ordered the Dream Milkshake because I was told s'more money s'more problem's hot chocolate would be too sweet. After I had a sip, two things came to mind.. it's either the hot chocolate is seriously REALLY sweet or the girl who served me has no comprehension of what sweet is. Why? Because the milkshake was severely sweet. It was very hard to drink and when I did drink as much as I could, I felt sick after.
At least it looks great for IG ;)
I wouldn't come here again. The drinks are overpriced and not worth a cavity. The service was very unwelcoming and I felt really uncomfortable the whole time. If you really do want to try it, I'd recommend to share it with at least one other person.
