  • Every time I come here, I get unnecessary attitude. Rarely do I get the same people & I am used to the service I get at other Macs. I ask for exactly what I use regularly, or call to hold it & they always have it discontinued. Shy Girl' & 'Shy Shine' lipsticks, the lady says, have been discontinued. I asked for my eyeliner & she says something smart back to me... No need to relive. After my eyeliner purchase, I called other Mac stores for my lipstick, including the Forum Shops & the guy says, 'Shy Girl' is not being discontinued. They had it in stock. Even though they were packed when I got there, one lady immediately excused herself to help me. Awesome & forums will know!
