  • I dropped the truck off Sunday night, I did not get a call on Monday that they have started working yet or what they found. Reminder I had to schedule this appointment. I was then called on Tuesday, saying the parts were ordered and they will be on Wednesday and needed all quoted items. I then got a call on Friday saying they are having a hard time getting the parts. So now the Parts will be in on Monday and the truck finished Tuesday. The guys that work in the office when you first enter could care less about you and your vehicle. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and them not being about to meet the time frame that they set.
