  • I'm near the end of my lease and have had little to no problems. My upstairs bathrooms came with no window coverings and the maintenance guy never came back to put them up. He fixed the vent that was painted over so that was my main concern. I work all the time so it wasn't a major issue for me, I just put a towel over The windows. The management company has made a change though; you can no longer make your rent payment at the office. There are a few ways, the 1st being most convenient and cost effective by doing it online paying by check. If you use an ATM card they charge you a fee. You can also pay at a 7-Eleven but they charge a fee and u can pay somewhere else but honestly, anything that costs me additional to make a payment is not in my interest. I recently contacted my property manager to ask the process in which to extend my lease and if I would be charged extra, he mentioned no extra charge only that I would give 30 days notice before the end of my lease that I want to go month to month. I have nothing to complain about.
