  • I purchased a round trip for V-One Limo in February from Groupon for our round trip pickup in July. Had 2 confirmations prior to vacation. I received a cancellation confirmation email at 11pm the night before our midnight pickup that said: "Due to unforseen circumstances we will not be able to complete your attached reservation. Please make other arrangements for this ride." It was prepaid and difficult to suddenly find a ride home at midnight when we were traveling by air all day with 2 children. This is not a professional company that cannot find alternate transportation when they need to cancel for some reason. Victor at V-One should have made arrangements for alternate transportation for us. That is called customer service. We called, emailed, and texted V-One and have never received a response. This is not the kind of company you want to rely on for time sensitive trips to or from the airport and I will never use them again and suggest none of you do either..... unless you want to be stranded that is and scrambling to make last minute arrangements.
