rev:text	Alice W., I had them clean my pond on April 16. Still can't figure out why it cost $469. But I was desperate. I had gotten String Algae somehow. I talked to Holly, (not a pleasant experience.) She was very abrupt. I asked that they please check my bio-filter and the black light (which suppresses the growth of algae) while they were here. I was pretty sure that the light had failed because of the horrible algae that I had. The pond looked great when they were finished, but they didn't note anything about the bio-filter or charge for the light. I called Holly the next day and ask if they did the service I requested. She said, I don't know. I asked if she could check with the tech and let me know. She responded, he's not here. I asked if she would be in contact with him the next day. I again asked if she could ask him and call me back. The "yes" did not have a friendly tone! I never heard back. If you've spent any time trying to call them, you will find that they don't answer the phone. You get a recording, you leave a message, and you never hear from them again. 5 days ago, I came home from work, went to feed my fish and found the pond full of that horrible string algae. I wish I could include a picture! I've called and left messages 4 times. My 5th call was to Outdoor Living - TPonds is located inside the Outdoor Living Store. The man I talked to was very nice. Was sorry I was having a problem and promised to get in touch with "them" and get them to call me. He wasn't successful either. I hope I can find someone to help me. I'm afraid of losing my fish. Please watch your pond closely. You could be faced with a horrible surprise.
