| - I have been coming to the Grandview for years. So Scotty Beans is not new to me. Not the greatest but ok in a pinch. I ordered the Scotty Skillet for breakfast and asked them to add bacon, bell pepper, tomatoes and mushrooms. We were told it would be 30 min. It shows up over an hour later (cold) only no cheese (which is not an extra topping), nor any other toppings I asked for, just eggs and hasbrowns. I called and was told they didn't put anything on it, because the toppings cost 50 cents extra each. I told her I didn't care what it cost, I just wanted what I ordered after waiting over an hour for it. She spoke to her boss and told me they would make another but I would have to pay for it again. That was not acceptable to me. The boss/owner named Scott, got on the line. He talked very rudely to me and told me it was not made that way because the menu item was not printed that way. I told him if I had been told that I would have ordered another item. Finally, he said he would make it the way I had ordered it, but I should know I was not charged the right price for it, once again, I said I was willing to pay the extra cost, not even the issue. The issue was, cold scramled eggs with just hasbrowns and no cheese even, tastes like cardboard, and I was expecting to get what I ordered. Service was poor, food was poor, and Scott was unbelievably rude. If I could review lower, I would.
