  • I was there for sudden hearing loss in 2011. The Dr got fixated on wax in my other ear, but did see congestion in hearing loss ear drum. He did not see hearing loss as an emergency, kept poor records and when finally referring me to an ENT, the office did not mention it was sudden hearing loss. I lost part of my hearing permanently, had tinnitus with the loss permanently which has developed into dizziness and nausea. Stay far away from this place!
