When I called in this salon to tell them about how I was treated by there electrolysis technician they responded with a lack luster "I'm sorry but she's an independent contractor". Excuse me? So because she pays your salon a fee to work there that is how you let her talk to people over the phone? That is SO unprofessional! I couldn't believe the answer I got from the desk man after I told my horrible story of her calling me and acting belligerent over the phone. We'll if she's an independent contractor and she is WORKING IN YOUR SALON she STILL represents your SALONS NAME. If I could give zero stars I would. Never ever have I received such a disrespectful phone call from a professional with her hanging up on me and screaming at me. Then when I call the salon to talk about her mannerisms and there response is "she's an independent contractor". That's nuts because if every rent out salon didn't have any rules workers would be excused for talking any rude way to there customers and that is just NOT acceptable when running a business in 2016. Literally made an appointment like 3 weeks ago and TOTALLY forgot I had an appointment, especially since I was not seeing any regrowth. I totally forgot. SO this old bitch calls my phone, unprofessionally pressed saying that I should be LUCKY she doesn't charge me for missing the appointment, not to mention she was so obnoxiously rude about it! I apologized more then once over the phone and told her I totally forgot and wasn't feeling regrowth, that's probably why I forgot. She completely ignored that and said angrily "well SORRY doesn't pay my bills". Who the fuck does that? First off it's 2016 if your concerned about a patient making there appointment be a professional and give a curtesy reminder call a DAY IN ADVANCE reminding your patient of the appointment since the appointments with electrolysis are FAR in between due to hair growth cycles. I could understand if I was a client who did this multiple times, but no, this lady had NO REMORSE and called me up ruining my day with her disgusting attitude. After she completely acted so rude to me on the phone she then proceeded to hang up on me. Like who does that? RUDE. She probably was so pissed I missed because of her lack of appointments due to shitty attitude! Get with the times lady! Call back your clients to CONFIRM before being a RUDE ASS BITCH!!!!!
She ruined my day with her nasty attitude. Mind you I tipped her triple, drove from sumerlin, etc etc. our first appointment. I was even on 3 way when she rung in and my friend herd the whole conversation of her belittling me. I think she has some deep psychological issues. Escape salon, represent your name and your brand and drop the crazys. Step it up. Get on that level. Wanna be a Michael boychuck salon? Or a Elemis spa? ACT LIKE IT!
