  • Many better options available in downtown CLE. Pros: Good location, walking distance from all sports arenas and E 4th street, Competitive pricing, grocery store, gym & swimming pool Cons: The elevators are horrible, parking garage has calcium leaks on to your car which never go away, management is not very responsive to requests to fix the issues, rude security personnel. Moving in/out is painful.
