  • This pool company was superb when we first started with them. It was a definite upgrade to our previous company and noticed immediate results. It was up until he said we needed to drain our pool and upgrade our filters. We couldn't afford to do it at the time so we chose to postpone that service. Without informing us, he decided that he was going to stop servicing our pool. No notice, no warning- nothing. This was incredibly disappointing and disgusting customer service. His reasoning was he "didn't want to waste the amount of chemicals used to treat our water". I would not recommend this company to anyone.
