  • Hired this company to do a move in cleaning when moving into our new home. We had two women who could hardly speak English. They wiped things down to make stuff "look nice", but didn't really clean. They used a towel to mop the floor and rinsed out the towel each time in the same dirty water - disgusting! They missed crumbs in the top shelves of the cabinets and didn't even get the mirrors clean in the bathrooms. There was still soap scum in the showers after they left. I would not recommend them for any type of deep cleaning. A manager did call me and first offered to have another team come out the next day, but we had movers scheduled to come that day, so he then offered to discount the service. The owner called me and offered me a full refund and seemed very sincere in apologizing for this happening and hoped I would consider using them again in the future.
