  • I've only been here once, but I must this one time experience was enough for me to say this place has the best bbq in Las Vegas. I myself am from Virginia and I have lived in N.C., and Memphis and have had some of the best bbq through out my travels. Sad to say Vegas has a lot to learn when it comes bbq, and who better to teach them none other than Billy's. Billy's BBQ is how bbq should taste. I've tried the chicken, pork, brisket and they even let me try their shrimp taco which wasn't even on the menu. They even have three different bbq sauces and all three taste phenomenal! I definitely plan on revisiting Billy's in the near future.
