| - So I write this review and somehow its not able to be seen by anyone because yelp wont recommend it? How are 4-5 stars being placed on the top yelp? Bell Honda is horrible! People deserve to know!
Let me first start off by saying I created a yelp account just so I could share my recent experiences with everyone. I'll try and keep it short, but I feel people should know what goes on in this shady establishment.
1. Do not give these people (especially Tracy with internet sales) your phone number on the internet or in person for any reason. I have received 57 missed phone calls, mixed in with 33 voicemails since our initial contact on 1.24.15. I have not answered a single phone call. I was actually out of town for work, and came back to my voice mail blown up by Tracy (Internet sales). Most days he calls twice to three times. First two calls are within 1 min of eachother. It does not end! Now granted I never told him to stop... Since I came home to 22 missed calls after the first week with no answer, I decided to just see what his breaking point was. So far... still going strong. Received three calls today 3.2.15.
2. Do NOT attend a TENT sale. There is only a sale if they own the car to begin with, they can't get you any sort of deal on a vehicle they have to buy from a "partner" dealership. Tracy said there were 20 civics to choose from at the tent. His information was outdated, or just a lie. There were two civics there (one out of our price range, and the second had way to many miles)
3. When you attend a tent sale that is 50+ miles from your home, they promise a $25 fuel gift card (per the advertisement). Omar our sales associate helping us when we arrived at the tent sale, said they had run out of gift cards when we were trying to leave after wasting our time with their mis-communication for 4 hours. Omar said he had sent it via mail TWICE, and finally after hounded about it I got kicked back to Tracy who had to send it out. DO NOT BELIEVE these people! If they can't complete a simple task such as sending a gift card, how can I expect them to take care of me in a warranty situation; Or a sale for that matter. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I was asked for my address a total of 5 times by different people at their dealership. You will get the run around.
4. Their communication between the salesman and sales manager was horrible! We would talk to our salesman ( Omar), he said he would go talk to the sales manager. The sales manager would come back and we would have to start all over. Trying sales tactics like lowering my payment, instead of the price. When I asked how, He responded with "don't worry about it." And I saw the same old number from two conversations ago on his sheet. I told Omar one thing and then come to find out the sales manager was wasting our time. 4 hours of it! If anyone has any questions on specific examples, Ill be more than happy to write out exactly what they did. Just know that there are some dishonesty going on here in the way they conduct their sales.
5. They try and get you to pull credit before you have a deal. You should never let a dealership pull your credit unless you are close to a deal. We went in with pre approval from our credit union there is no need to pull a 5 line on anyone until there is a actual deal on the table. When asked about it, Omar just says we do it with everyone. I say no thanks, I'll keep the 5-7 points on my credit.
I realize these are my opinions; but seriously guys. Get a grip on reality and treat your customer right. We have went to another dealership since and purchased a vehicle. I'll be writing a good review about them shortly. There was no reason to waste our time and lie to us. That will never get anyone to buy a vehicle. All three people I had dealings with at this dealership had significant shortcomings. I'd advise that no one ever buy a car from them.
