  • DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS! BEWARE OF ALL LOCATIONS IN PHEONIX. I have been a client at the Scottsdale location for almost a year. This location is owned by the same guy who owns Glendale, Anthem and Queens Creek. I show up for my scheduled appointment made a few weeks ago. Place is closed down completely. I went to check my Post Office and January 5, 2017 and there was letter stating permanently closed. The whole month of December there was a sidewalk sign promoting Buy three gist cards get one free. Trusting all was well I purchased three gift cards and gave them out to associates. Giving them with my therapist recommendation and location. How embarrassing. I now need to call them and explain IF they want to use the gift cards get ready to drive round trip a minimum of 60 to 100 miles. The letter of course gives a phone number that goes directly to voice mail. I did receive a message today an hour before my 2:30 scheduled appointment to inform me that the location BEEN CLOSED PERMANTLY. What do I want? a refund for my gift cards. Buyer Beware.
