  • I am very very picky on how repairs are done on my car and how my car should be stored or moved. Whites is by far one of the best businesses that I have ever worked with. They recognize that getting a car fixed is not something that one wants to do. I have now been going to them for years and my mother in law has been going to them for over 30. They only recommend repairs that are needed. They have earned my trust to the point that I have dropped my car off and said if the repair is less than X dollars fix it and I will pay for it not knowing what was wrong with my car! If for some reason it is more call me and we will go from there. I have never been disappointed in the work or service. The only things that I have ever had an issue with is sometimes getting an appointment next day as they already have there schedule full. But they have always worked with me in regards to this. They have always followed my directions to the letter for my special requests. For oil changes please recognize that many places do oil changes as a loss leader! You will be able to get a cheaper oil change else where many times and in many ways it is a inconvenience to do a oil change for the shop unless they are doing other work due to the low profit margin so this is the ONLY work I recommend taking somewhere else and only if you are not getting other work on your car done.
