  • Not the quality I expect at a CVS store. People working the counter lacked customer service or friendliness and moved at a snail's pace. I could move past this if the service wasn't twice as bad in the back of the pharmacy. Listened to a young pharmacy assistant being extremely abusive to what I assume was an elderly customer on the phone. Kept repeating loudly and abruptly a prescription name that was to be refilled. The customer obviously wasn't familiar with the generic name of the medicine, but instead of explaining what it was used for, the pharmacy employee kept quickly spelling the ridiculously long name and talking to them like they were an irresponsible idiot. Totally disrespectful. The pharmacist watched all of this happen and didn't intervene but instead laughed and said "combat pharmacy!" Wish he would have stepped in and taken over that phone call. I hope she doesn't talk to her family members like that. Disgusting. Remember someone is always listening.
