  • So about a week ago I call in to schedule an appt for an oil change & they said no need to make an appt as they do walk ins. So what should have taken a half hour took two hours. I doubt I'll ever go back to this Russ Darrow. With that being said, the man who was helping me was very friendly. I've had good service at the east side one, & I would go back to that one.
