  • Fantastic products. Good balance of smoke flavor - not too much. High quality meats. Purchased ribs and bacon so far, and will be back for more. The ribs were perfect - we just ate them as-is, no need for sauce or other fiddling around. Had a taste of their keilbasa, and that's next on the list. It was unlike any store bought/mass produced I ever had, and that's a very good thing. Again, even after one bite, you could tell it was made with high quality meats and a good balance of spices and smoke flavor. Oh, and the chef/staff are great people too boot. Yes, they're only open for a few hours on Sunday, but that just adds to the adventure. Try it!
