  • Absolutely the worst care facility we've ever been to. Front desk staff very inexperienced and rude. Patiently sat for 2 hours in an empty waiting room and when we went to the desk & asked what the hold up was we were told we would be next that they were just waiting for a room. My husband asked if they were coming in the back door because there was no one coming in the front door and we were the only ones there. Even then they could not tell us how long it would be yet before we would be seen. We took our paperwork and left and went somewhere else. What a waste of time!!!!!
