Not a good experience. I had to return my iPhone 6s because of a SIM card failure. After I returned it, the new phone wasn't set up properly so now I have to go the the Verizon store to get it to work. The people at the store are professional but the set up has not been what I experienced in the past. When this contract expires, I think I will try an Android device since Apple isn't as easy to use these days.
