| - I used to like this place quite a bit, felt their selection solid and their prices reasonable, but my last visit was really unsatisfactory. They were out of my favorite tea, which is okay, that happens, but instead of trying to save the sale and suggest something else both of the girls behind the counter decided to resume their conversation about someone, maybe a previous customer, instead of trying to assist me further. I don't like high-pressure sales, but a little effort at customer service can go a long way. I would have bought something else just because I've been a loyal customer for almost three years, I like to support local, family-owned businesses, and I made the effort to drive the distance to go to this shop. But the lack of attention really rankled me, and I walked away with nothing. Maybe it was an off day. I hope so.
