  • We waited over an hour for seating after we were told the wait would be 15 minutes. Others who came in later were seated before us and the hostesses stared at us for that duration of time and didn't apologize or inform us of an adjusted time. This does not speak for the whole franchise, but our experience was highly unpleasant and we will not be going back!
