| - Alright, let's cut the crap.
Nice atmosphere? Yea not bad.
Dry Aged Rib Eye? Yea it was pretty good.
Did I go "Goo Goo Ga Ga" over this place? Absolutely not.
Here's the problem I have when I go to a high end steak joint: you reach a point where the quality of the steak reaches its zenith and you're basically paying extra for the ambiance and service. If you're going to take my money, by all means, please work for it!
Maybe it's just me, but I like it when the person waiting on my table is knowledgeable about the different cuts of meat. Yea, I already know all the good stuff, and I know what I'm going to order, but I find it entertaining when they go through the menu with me. Anyone off the street can stroke my ego and say, "excellent choice, Sir".
Very good steak but I've had better (with a better experience) at other places.
And served with steak sauces? No no no no no no nooooo, please, that's a straight up sin in my book.
