  • I came in for an appointment yesterday for an oil change and rotation. It took about 30 minutes, which was awesome! Everyone was super nice. The next day I got a notification that my tire pressure was low. All four tires were at 24 and should have been 38. I called to let them know what had happened and told them I was just making sure they were aware so that no one else has a potential blow out. I spoke with the manager Stephanie. She had an attitude and told me that blow outs don't happen from low pressure tires. This is absolutely false, I'm still not sure why she would say that. I was also irritated that she didn't apologize, just told me I could come in and get it fixed with a very non concerned tone. I won't be returning.
