  • Not only is it a good store, but there's also a great community. Only recently have I discovered how great it is because, to be frank, I became more active. I run more. Conversation turns to "hey I work at MEC. Come run with us." The next thing I know I'm running down graffiti alley ways in downtown Toronto. I climb more. I keep on recognizing different people from the gym working here. I travel more. Have you tried renting from MEC? Amazing! Why would I ever buy hardcore equipment when I can rent it? Basically, if a group of adventurous and good people made a store to share their passions, it'd be MEC. Bravo Ps. Take a run clinic with Rachel if you can. She's a super fast archaeologist. #tombraider
