Let me tell you a horror story about our vacation.
Day 1 our flight in Las Vegas pulled away from the gate and had to go back do to mechanical problem.
In Miami we started boarding but did get on the flight do to mechanical problems, they canceled the flight went to customer service to get new flight (10:00 PM) good news they got us a new flight for to continue on our trip tomorrow morning they I ask about our bags and they said no problem they will be transferred to our new flight ,they got us a room for the night.
Day 2 (10:00 AM) ready to board our new flight, got in line to board and was told the plane had mechanical problems, was sent from gate 9 to gate 45 (12:30 PM) to another plane this time we got to board the plane only to wait for Maintenance to fix toilet. Then we taxied on to the runway, turned around went back for mechanical problems and de boarded waited 1 hour to re board. Arrived in Cartagena 6:45 PM, went to get our bags, they don't have our bags no big surprise you can't even get a plane in the air with out trying twice.
Day 3 we have the same clothes on that smell like shit, today is Christmas Eve and we should be spending it with our family but it looks like we will get to go look for our bags or buy new clothes.
We should have of been in Cartagena at 6:53 am on 12/23/17. I have never been so disappointed in an airline in my life.
They should have a negative Star system just for American Airlines
