  • If 0 stars could be given thats even too good. The staff at the registration front desk including Lorena act like they are incapable of work. She couldn't answer a simple question. What's the wifi? She said we do not have wifi here. So I had to ask for the manager who gave me the FREE WIFI. She couldn't check me into a room and so rudely made rude remarks and acted as if she was incapable of helping me check in. Where I'm spending money and paying money to check into a hotel room. Besides this it reeks and looks old and dirty. I immediately canceled my reservation having no problem paying a cancellation fee. That's how disgusting this place is. Horrible management and overall disgusting place.
