  • I contacted Pro Solutions Air for a quote to balance our system. They responded in a timely manner saying someone would be in touch to schedule. I sent a second messagethree days later to ask again. I was contacted that day by phone. They were here at the time stated for the visit. That was 12 days ago and I still have not recieved a quote. When I emailed the gentleman who was here and left his card with his email on it, he emailed back stating he sent the quote to the address on file and he would resend to the correct email address. I never recieved it. I emailed him last week again and have not heard back. They have lost my business. It should not take two weeks to get a quote.
