  • Crappy Crappy Crappy!!!! Well the owner took me at 5:30 but was trying to rush me since they close at 6:00. I'm thinking she shouldn't have taken me but she did and the service was terrible. I was really upset that I apparently had to explicitly state I wanted a manicure when I was having a no chip (shellac)! I don't think so--who does that especially when I am paying cost for the services...that was the last straw for me when Lesley, the owner lied! Don't pretend like you don't know what it means to have shellac replaced ummm basic manicure comes with a No Chip....no one (at least not me) is paying $35.00 for a polish change especially when the tech says she can't get all of the existing polish off and my pedicure--oh my gosh!!! There was polish all over the place. She can't polish! When you need to use the brush to remove excess polish for every single one, you can't polish! I honestly tried to give the owner, Lesley the benefit of the doubt by calling the next day to express my concern for the service I received. She was unapologetic nor understanding nor accommodating and really just outright rude! When I asked her why I was given a specific tech to service me, she lied then hung up on me! Wow just awful. Never should you ever hang up on a customer! So Skip it! I would not recommend this nail salon unless you like shady business! Otherwise do yourself a favor and go where they take pride in their work! I'm sure there are far better nail salons that provide far better service than Nail Ex....I mean exel. There you have it. Hopefully they will change their style otherwise there will be more reviews like this to come.
