  • I transferred my service from my old address to my new one. I see three surprises: 1) a $50.00 professional installation fee. Fine. I get it. You have to pay the guy that "installed" my already pre-owned modem and router. At least tell me about it when I request the service transfer 2) A balance transfer from my "previous account" even though it was paid in full when I transferred my service. 3) A partial monthly service fee, even though my account is on auto pay and paid in full for that month. Terrible.
