  • Horrible customer service. The manager is a joke. I am a local who works in customer service and they need serious help. Lekisha was great, besides her it was bad. I waited outside in the cold for Almost a hour as everyone around told me they had no clue what was going on. When I asked for a manager, he was more useless. He told me very coldly nothing helpful. Will never go back and will make sure I tell everyone in Las Vegas and at the hotel I work at to stay away.
