rev:text	My wife and I purchased our first home with the help of Laura Kulalowski and we could not have been happier with her service. Buying your first home is a very overwhelming experience. You need someone that is patient, knowledgeable, personable, and doesn't make you feel dumb for asking a million questions. This is where Laura excels! From our first meeting with Laura she made us both feel extremely at ease and comfortable. She was never push or over-bearing. She listened to us, gave us all the time we needed, offered suggestions and recommendations, and then went to work on finding our home. Within a couple of hours we had several listings/options of homes that were just what we were looking for, within our budget, and in our desired neighborhood. When we started looking at houses, Laura dedicated as much time as we needed to helping us. Never did she make us feel rushed or hurried. She pointed out positives and negatives of each property we visited, but she never pushed her opinions of the home on us....she let us make the decision on if it was the right fit for us. We really appreciated that approach. Throughout our entire home buying process Laura was in constant communication with us. Emails and phone calls were responded to immediately. She made us feel as if we were her only clients. And when it came time to close escrow she walked us through the entire process step-by-step and accompanied us to document signing. We have recommended several friends and colleagues to Laura that have all had similar experiences with her service. You won't find a more dedicated "friend", not just a realtor.
