Still in my search for the best croissant in the Yonge-Eg area, I came here. The girl working said that people say that the croissants are the best in Toronto. Well, that sounds pretty damn good, so I thought I'd try it. They look good on the outside but on the inside they're dry. Personally, I like buttery croissants and this did not deliver. It was more like bread. Definitely better than grocery store croissants but that shouldn't be the standard. She said they're best fresh out of the oven but I got one that was sitting around for 5 hours so maybe it was stale but still, if you're still serving it, it should be good. It wasn't good, unfortunately. I won't be returning here for another croissant. For a good croissant, I like the ones at Manic Coffee and Ezra's Pound but unfortunately both are far from me. The search continues.
