  • This store, while being spacious and offering lots of options for furniture, uses unsavory sales techniques to sale their products and does not respond to email inquiries regarding warranty information. We purchased the Glamour Sectional Sofa after being assured by the sales team and a factory representative that the cushions were washable (as we had a German Shepherd puppy at home along with 2 other dogs). Long story short, couch cushion covers were not washable and tore a part at the seams. When we brought the covers in to show them, we asked whether the couch was washable and the sales teams said yes. When we brought the covers to their attention, they sent us to warranty who said that, per the factory, the cushion covers were not washable and thus this would not be covered. We sent an email with the images, as they requested, to verify with the manufacturer but never got a response. So basically they lied and then didn't even have the decency to help us order new covers out of our own pocket. Really unfortunate but we will definitely not be purchasing anything from here again and I would highly recommend you avoid it as well.
