  • Horrible experience, in addition I've been harassed and insulted. Drivers are seriously rude, customer service is a nightmare. Read the terms and conditions carefully because they are designed to take more of your money and leave you no protection if this company screws up (which happens often). They have an online complaint form only to make you print it out and send it in the mail so they can identify who you are and ban you from using their sham of a bus service. They might even top it off with slanderous messages so they can point their finger and laugh while they do it. I ask why? Why is it so necessary to insult me further? I already feel horrible for spending my money here in the first place. It would have been better to just ignore me altogether. I recommend the many other (better and cheaper!) alternatives like megabus, amtrak or lex express to name a few. These are companies that carry a professional point of view, who won't call you vulgar names for a complaint, will not find out who you are and post your personal information online, and don't have terms and conditions designed to rip you off.
