  • They used to be so amazing but now their staff has really gone down hill. The front desk girls are not polite at all and normally when you have an excited dog that has an accident they would be more than willing to help you. Now they just point towards the thin paper towel dispenser by the sanitizer and tell you to clean up when your hands are already full.
