  • My soon to be fiancĂ© and I started our search back in July. Our last stop was T-Bird and I knew this was where I'd make my purchase. Alexia was the initial sales person we worked with she was very helpful in guiding us through their selection of engagement rings which was much appreciated. When we left I had the perfect ring in mind for the love of my life. So in February I decided it was time to make the purchase. I work a hectic schedule so time isn't always on my side. I went back to buy a ring and the one I wanted was gone. Alexia was busy helping another coustomer so the owner Daryll helped me. The guy is so down to earth and all around great guy to work with. He took control of the situation. Called had a setting over nighted, helped me pick out a beautiful fire cushion cut center stone. Explained all the differences never pressured me to go for any particular stone again which was much appreciated. He made the experience about me and her. The ring came in the next morning, stone set by three and they set me up with a bouquet of flowers and a gift certificate for dinner. I would have to say the best part of the whole experience was the way my fiancĂ© got to relive my purchase experience when she went in to verify some paper work. They told her the whole story of how excited I was picking everything out making all the arrangements. She couldn't wait to tell me all about it. It truly made her appreciate the whole experience even more. Would recommend T-bird to anyone looking to buy jewelry for sure. Joe
