  • So I've been a lifetime member for quite a while and follow closely: I wanted to add my daughter to my acct when I called they said they couldn't find my acct (it's withdrawn monthly from checking acct EFT) because I have gone to other lifetimes more frequently? But after calling several other lifetimes they found my acct and lo and behold this gym was my home gym. I initially set up my own acct and later added my wife (on my acct and I'm paying for both now) so my wife was able to call my "home" gym again and cancel her acct and they let her but wouldn't let her cancel mine? So long story short they are incompetent in what they are doing and still can't give me an honest explanation for any of this. The staff at the old facility was so much more friendly and helpful. I usually don't write this much but so frustrating.
