  • Lack of communication at this dealership. My husband and I leased a Jetta from here in 2013. Everything was great with the lease, it came with a warranty that covered oil changes, service, etc. We did a lease because everything would be covered with this warranty- they said EVERYTHING. Well I go today for an oil change and they tried to charge me $70 for it saying only the first 2 oil changes are included. Another time the car battery died, called them to get the car towed there and get some help. They were rude, not helpful, etc. Asked them to order a new key since we lost one, said they would order it and call us once it was in... never got a call. If I do need anything I have gone to Berge VW in Mesa instead, much better customer service. Will not be buying a car ever again from San Tan VW.
