I have been a tenant of Regus for over 10 years. Their phone system is abysmal. I frequently do not get calls from clients, potential clients, my colleagues due to the highly unreliable phone system there at Regus. It costs me business, reduces my professional reputation, and has wasted my time. They nickel and dime you for everything you do. Many of the women staff members have a surly attitude. To move I will have to pay thousands of dollars for new letterhead, to change my address with every site, phone book, and organization I'm registered with, and to notify all of my clients and colleagues. Everything I've said is reluctantly posted but is very fair and honest. Even on this night, the voicemail system at Regus is not answering my phones. Earlier today I tested my phone line because I was concerned that I had not received any calls or messages for the last two weeks!! When I called for myself, I received a message that my phone was disconnected!! When I alerted management no one apologized but said that since it worked when they tested it there was nothing they would do! This is my business! This is my life!!
