  • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Was told I couldn't cash a check because the bank doesn't hold enough money... then asked if I wanted to open an account there. Nope. Supervisor Celeste was extremely rude and no help whatsoever. If your bills can wait and your life can be put on hold until US Bank has money, join them!
