  • My favorite local Starbucks. I think their drinks are made the best in comparison to other locations in the area. Their customer service is top-notch. I use the mobile app multiple times a week -- which is amazing by the way, you should start utilizing it if you haven't already. It's great for those of us always in a time crunch! My drink is always ready on time and waiting for me when I come in. I did have an issue once though recently when ordering the chicken Sante Fe panini because the app showed it was available when it wasn't and allowed me to make the purchase. When I came in, they informed me of the error and immediately apologized, had me select another sandwich option which they heated right away for me, and gave me a gift card for a free drink next time I came in for my inconvenience. Their service always astounds me, they take care of the problem for you before you have to even have an opportunity to get disappointed. Another plus is they recently remodeled, so they're lookin' good too :)
