  • If I could give zero I would . Worst customer service experience ever by Amera and the manager who wanted yo back her when we called , Me and my husband don't live near by . We work a lot , when we finally get a day off together , we go to the outlets . We both play sports , coach , umpire and workout . When we first entered I thought I was being helped, to find out my husband was watching me be followed , and came and grabbed me to shop with him . On the men's side of the store . So to come here as an interracial couple to be followed by one girl the whole 20 min I was in the store trying to help my husband pick sizes . We came with hundreds to spend . Beyond insulted is an understatement. Then asked by 3 different men excessively if we needed help . Apparently we didn't . Us both being in retail we are fully aware we were being profiled because I had a coat on god forbid it's 40 degrees out and a large shopping bag from buying designer bags , I got so aggravated by being followed I went to leave , left my husband who was still browsing, while I stepped outside . I reached down to grab my phone out of my purse to have the same girl following one step behind me . I will never ever shop here again .
