  • If I could give no star I would! Husband bought Dodge Ram 1500, 2012 used from them in 2014, talked into buying Titan additional warranty and told by finance manager covered power train. Well that was a huge lie! 90,000km engine started knocking. Of course call Titan to be told warranty never covered power train, ok our bad for trusting finance guy but really don't expect people to bald face lie to your face? Next call dealership see if there is anything they can do only to receive the run around and no returned calls. Try a different tact, give them a chance to fix this mess, eventually get a hold of used sales manager Raymond who promises at the worst will help us with at least a good trade in on a new vehicle. Multiple calls from my husband and no returned calls never mind solution we are now forced to put a new engine in a truck we are still making payments on with 90,000 gently used miles( not a work truck used to commute 15 minutes only) Absolutely do not deal with these people stay very far away! Customer service beyond atrocious! Shame on you Ontario Chrysler!
