  • He returned my call within an hour for which certainly alone is deserving of a 5 star rating. He then went on to explain bringing my car by today for an estimate would not work as other management and decision makers were out of town with him. I drop the grade because during the phone conversation he came across as less than enthusiastic. Looks like he does great work and must have all the business he needs. I will be taking mine elsewhere. I am sure he will lose no sleep over that so we both come out winners.
