My review is only for the club repair shop in the back of the store. Tony has a HORRIBLE attitude!!!
Allow me to explain -- I've always believed in getting dressed and showing up no matter how horrible one feels upon getting up in the morning. When one comes to work, they should leave all of their troubles behind them and provide the best customer service because (1) Thank you I am alive, (2) I represent the best golf store in Pittsburgh who pays my salary and (3) my customers are important to the store and I will make sure they know it.
Instead, we got grumpy, can't be bothered Tony. It wasn't during the lunch hours so it couldn't have been hunger related. Not sure if he was having a bad day but I am not here to justify why he was like that towards us -- he was not busy as there were no other customers around and the store was fairly empty.
Needless to say, we decided not to leave our clubs for service and chose to go elsewhere.
