  • I was having a very difficult time getting a straight answer or a good feeling from several flooring sources in Phoenix: Home Depot told me one price in the store, but after I paid them to have some third-party come out and measure my rooms, then waited three more days to get a "real" quote it was literally twice as much as their in-store estimate. My next mistake was having that place with the obnoxious singing lady come to my house. The disinterested slob who showed up wouldn't show me any samples or even measure anything unless I agreed to buy from him otherwise a quote was going to cost me $100. What?? One of the local "wholesale" companies was just very creepy, that guy had very limited choices and information and seem to be casing the joint. Finally I made an appointment with Empire today. What a nice experience! David, the sales rep, not only showed up on time, but was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. He listened to me and presented multiple quality options in a patient and respectful manner. He made me feel very comfortable, answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. He also gave me a very fair and complete price for high quality carpet and porcelain tile. He even got me qualified for 0% financing and was able to install these products starting the next day! Empire today delivered exactly as promised and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you David! Thank you Empire today!
