This was an absolute customer service fail on their part. I made an appointment online and had several confirmations sent to me via text message confirming date/time/location of my appointment. 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time I hadn't heard from them, so I called and there was no answer. Called again 10 minutes later, someone answered and curtly told me he would call back. 10 minutes later he calls back and informs me he doesn't know "where his guy is" and asked me if I would like to reschedule. I told him no, as it was already 35 minutes past my appointment time, with virtually no contact from them explaining what was going on. Huge disappointment, wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
