  • My first experience at Canyon 49. Their menus is very small. I ordered a NY Strip medium rare but it came out well done. And the steak was so small, it was a waste of $21. The outside of the steak did not look nicely charred either. The shrimp cocktail was a let down. It only came with 4 pieces of shrimp on a bed of lettuce for $8. Both food presentations looked like they barely even tried. Other than the food, the waitress was nice.
